Do my clients need an account?
No. Gallery access is link-based. Clients open the link and start reviewing immediately. You can optionally require a password or email registration.
What file formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. Files are automatically converted to WebP for fast delivery. Originals are preserved.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, set an accent color, and customize gallery backgrounds. Standard and Pro plans include full branding control.
How do client selections get into Lightroom?
Two ways, and you can use either. Export a plain text file of the approved filenames and paste the list into Lightroom's filter or library search — works with any DAM that reads filename lists. Or install Skerper, our Lightroom Classic plugin, for real-time two-way sync: selections, ratings, and comments flow straight into the catalog, and your replies flow back.
