Studio · multi-seat access

Run the studio. Skerp runs the workflow.

A shared workspace for teams of photographers. Roles for who does what, an internal review queue so nothing leaves the studio half-baked, and one set of brand assets applied to every gallery the team ships.

Available on request. Priced per seat, per photographer.

Three roles. Clear lanes.

A studio is one Owner, however many Members you need to keep the place running, and a roster of Photographers doing the work. Permissions follow the role — not the gallery.

One per studio

Owner

Sets the brand, holds the billing, defines studio policy. The buck stops here.

Admins · unlimited seats

Member

Reviews and approves outbound work, manages the team, owns client relationships. The studio runs through Members.

Production · counts against your seat cap

Photographer

Produces work inside guardrails. Assigned to specific projects; work reaches a client only after a Member approves it.

Owner and Member seats are unlimited. Only Photographer seats count against your studio cap.

Every gallery, the same path.

Photographers submit. A Member signs off. The client gets a polished hand-off. Nothing reaches a client until the studio says so.

Projects

Work organised the way studios actually operate.

Group galleries by campaign, season, or client. Assign Photographers to a project; the galleries they create live under it. The project view shows everything the team is touching for one client at a time — without anyone having to chase Slack threads to find a file.

Shared identity

One brand. Every team member's gallery.

Studio logo, accent colour, email sender, and footer apply to every outbound gallery automatically — whether the photographer set it up at 3am from a hotel or you onboarded them yesterday. Rebrand once at the studio level; every gallery follows.

And the rest of what studios need.

Everything an independent photographer has — plus the machinery studios actually run on.

Drop links

Studio-exclusive branded upload URLs. Clients send you mood boards, references, or source files straight into the project. No account required.

Shared client registry

Clients live at the studio level. Contacts, preferences, gallery history, and communication thread are visible to any Member who needs them.

Audit trail

Who submitted, who approved, who sent. Every state transition is logged against the user who made it. Accountability without finger-pointing.

Priority support

Studio accounts get direct email support with a 12-hour response window and escalation for live-shoot issues during business hours.

Studio-exclusive · Drop links

Clients send files in, not just review them.

Every project needs a way to receive mood boards, client references, or source files without an email thread. Drop links are tokenised, branded upload URLs that deposit straight into the gallery — no account required.

How Studio pricing works.

  • Priced per seat, per photographer. No surprise team-size multipliers.
  • Sold directly — we want to know your studio shape before we quote, so we can match the tier to how you work.
  • Includes everything from the Pro plan, plus shared branding, the review workflow, projects, drop links, and priority support.
  • Annual contracts available; no long-term lock-in required.

Tell us the rough shape of your studio — photographer count, shoots per month, anything unusual — and we'll come back with a quote and a demo within one business day.
